We strive to make it easy and accessible for you to start on your therapy journey with us.
Here are just some tips to make the process as comfortable as possible:
  • Clicking on the button above brings you to a registration form, where we will need your personal information to assist you with starting your therapy journey with us. In this form you will also be asked about your preference for a psychologist, so head on over to Our Therapists if you haven't decided who to see.

  • After you’ve submitted the form, we will reach out to you through email within the next working day (so make sure you’ve shared with us an email address you frequently use!).

  • Then, we will send you a booking link to find a slot. To confirm your attendance, we request that you complete payment within 48 hours upon booking your slot.

  • This gives us enough time to lock in your session with your selected psychologist, as well as gives you enough time for the next step of completing an informed consent form (filled with the details of privacy, confidentiality, policies, and clients' rights) before we finally meet!

  • After the session, you have every right to request a change of psychologist or to stop with us there. We understand that every individual is different and can connect better to certain personalities or therapy styles. There is no shame in finding a therapist you can click with. We only ask that you share this choice with us, as well as fill out a short feedback form to help us improve our services!
