Here are just some tips to make the process as comfortable as possible:
  • Clicking on the button above brings you to a registration form, where we will need your personal information to assist you with starting your therapy journey with us. In this form you will also be asked about your preference for a psychologist, so head on over to Our Therapists if you haven't decided who to see.

  • We will reach out to you through email after you've booked a session, to share the informed consent form for therapy, and your payment receipt for the session.

  • After the session, you have every right to request a change of psychologist or to stop with us there. We understand that every individual is different and can connect better to certain personalities or therapy styles. There is no shame in finding a therapist you can click with. We only ask that you share this choice with us, as well as fill out a short feedback form to help us improve our services!
