Amanda Xavier

Amanda knows firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate mental health struggles—her own experiences with social anxiety, and more recently discovering her ADHD and neurodivergence, give her unique insight into what clients may be going through. She combines this lived experience with professional training, including a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from HELP University, and completion of the National Clinical Mental Health Counselor Examination (NCMHCE). Amanda has worked in private practice settings such as Serene Psychological Services and Naluri, where she developed a warm and collaborative approach that helps clients feel truly seen and supported. Empathetic and down-to-earth, she offers a safe space where her clients can feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.
